Paul works closely with Dave Taylor to create strategy for the project, seek investment and manage the team. Paul brings a wealth of managerial and administrative skills to the project. He is very knowledgeable with the Microsoft Office Suite, his forte being Excel spreadsheets, which are used as a management tool for projects.
Satinderpal delivers the 3D Studio Max element of the i4 Virtual Set Design short course, which illustrates the techniques required to create 3D computer generated virtual environments.

The tic is founded on the knowledge, expertise and market relationships established by the Faculty of Engineering and Computer Technology of Birmingham City University. These relationships have been built over many years meeting the needs of a wide range of clients. The tic draws upon strong partnerships with national and international industry, small and medium sized enterprises, commerce, universities, schools and research institutes.
The tic runs i4 Skills which is aimed at improving skills of the West Midlands Screen and Sound-Based Creative professionals to ensure that we have a workforce that is of world-class standard.

Rob delivers the 'Start with Success' and 'Market Maker Skills' short courses which are designed to assist start-up business ventures and to help companies in reaching new markets and clients as well as helping them widen their market portfolio.
Coming from a publishing and design background he has also worked as a copywriter, project co-ordinator and assisted in running a successful IT business.
